Do I have a content strategy problem?
Maybe.
Maybe not.
Do you think I do? Let me know and if you have an idea on how to fix it haha
Over the last few weeks, I have been creating more and more content. And niche content for niche audiences.
Why?
Well, I have been building my portfolio career :)
And I think the combination of content and events is under-rated. It’s been a huge contributor to where I am now. Hosting 70+ Podcast Mixers has led to some incredible conversations, experiences, and opportunities!

So, I should keep following that thesis, right?
Over the last month or so, I have been working on two new Substacks that are at the intersection of content and events:
In addition to my personal Substack that you are reading now (thank you!), these other two Stacks feel right and make a lot of sense to me.
However, posting about them and other content across the different social media platforms feels harder to do.
Do you feel the same way posting across IG, LinkedIn, Substack notes, etc? What do you say and why?
Anyways, I am working my way through all of this. I think it is going to evolve and emerge like so much else has recently for me. Writing about this here has been helpful too, thank you!
You likely have more than one thing…
And I think it’s OK for you to talk about this as well!
Feel free to reply back and say “keep going” to let me know it’s okay for me to have more than one Substack haha
🎧 New podcast episode
On this week’s podcast episode, I really enjoyed chatting with Lisa Skye about structured events and intentional networking. I liked this below clip about how being “specific is terrific” is helpful when introducing yourself at an event!
NYC Gatherings
Here is my updated list of some upcoming events in NYC.
To talking about more than one thing haha,
David Nebinski who had a great time cohosting The CLG Journal event last night that I posted about this week!
PS: do you have a second niche newsletter? Share it with me!
