I know I am.
It feels like many parts of my life are evolving.
No one part is evolving in a big way though, just many parts are evolving in small ways.
Many of my core activities are still very similar though, which makes things feel a little bit tricky. Small changes are harder to notice, and honor, just like small wins.
When I reflect on the last 9+ months as a soloprenuer, I can visibly see how much has changed. My work is different, and I am different.
And if I want to keep leveling-up, it will likely require me to let go of something.
I can’t keep just adding more things onto my plate, right?
Maybe I will create more Minimum Viable Posts like last weekend!

One of my biggest takeaways from my podcast chat with Neil Yeoh, the Founder and CEO of OnePointFive, was the company’s evolution as well.
The company started in 2020, has been bootstrapped all along the way, and now is a team of ~20 employees.

Bootstrapped vs. funded is a different game: Having no outside capital means you can evolve when you want and how you want.
Pivoting from B2C to B2B when the market signal changes: When the climate jobs market dried up, OnePointFive shifted from selling courses to job-seekers toward building white-labeled training courses for organizations.
Teaching and embedding skills to be more resistant to business cycles and uncertainty: OnePointFive has also focused on teaching people skills to spread their work and impact more.
“Minimum Viable Audience” by Seth Godin and “1000 True Fans” by Kevin Kelly: Instead of aiming to build a big and broad audience, Neil and OnePointFive have focused on building deeper relationships with a more aligned audience.
